organizing "The 38th All India Moot Court Competition" scheduled
to be held from 6.4.2018 to 8.4.2018.
Rules and Regulation governing the
6th - 8th
Dr. Ambedkar Govt. Law College,
Participation is restricted to bonafide undergraduate student of 5
years / 3 years LL.B. programme of any
University/College/Institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
The official language for the
Moot Court is English.
Men: Black Pant, White Shirt, Black Coat,
Tie and Formal Shoes.
Women: White Churidar/Salwar with black coat or Black Pant, White
Shirt, Black Coat
Number of Participants:
Each institution can send a
maximum of two individual participants.
Each student Speaker will be
given an individual code. Student Speaker shall not disclose his/her identity
or that of his/her institution or city etc to any one during the
competition. Any disclosure will invite
penalties including disqualification. The decision in this regard by the Moot
committee shall be final.
Researcher: No researcher is allowed
Student Speaker who desires to participate in the competition shall confirm the
participation at the latest by 19th March 2018 by E-MAIL: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Student
Speaker must submit his/her duly filled hard copy of Registration Form along with
DD so as to reach on or before 23rd March 2018. The Registration
Form should be sent by post to The

an institution is sending two participants, separate Registration Forms and
separate Registration Fees for each participant should be submitted.
