The Sessions Court today allowed the temporary release of former Sabah chief minister Musa Aman's passport for him to continue his medical treatment overseas in London and Singapore. Judge Rozina Ayub allowed the conditional release of the passport from Jan 15 to Feb 10. She also imposed several conditions, including for Musa to report to the UK embassy and the Singapore High Commission every three days throughout the duration of his trip from Jan 23 to Feb 8. In allowing Musa's application, she said the former chief minister must also provide his lodging address in both London and Singapore before his passport is released.
