Legal Deeds and Documents

Deeds are formal documents used to describe instruments by which two or more persons confirm or affirm any right or liability or interest.

There is no legislation on conveyancing in India, which makes it difficult to know about important rules on law of interpretation. Drafting is very important in legal documentation. Interpretation is required when legal deeds and documents do not provide clear meaning by a simple reading. It is considered as present grant rather than a mere promise, which is to be performed in the future. It has to be reduced in writing, duly signed, sealed, and delivered. One can say that all deeds are instruments but not all instruments are deeds.

World Law Centre brings you to a platform where you can get access to various formats of a number of legal Deeds and Documents. A search engine has been developed which enables the users to get the desired result easily on a single click.
